Quotation / Tender Registration
  • Quotation/Tender number is obtained automatically when adding new job quotation/tender.
  • Status are attached to each record and are updated automatically for easily monitoring and controlling.

Costing and Budgeting

 

  • Cost Sheet function attaches to individual quotation/tender
  • Price of individual item would be calculated automatically with given mark up rate.
  • Expected G.P. would be calculated according to the Cost & Price in Cost Sheet.
  • Mark-up price of Cost Sheet can be grouped and copied to quotation item
  • Cost Sheet of individual quote can be easily exported to .doc, .xls, .pdf format

Job Order Generation
  • Job Order can be generated from this process with all necessary information transferred including Budgeted Cost Sheet.
