This process enables users to operate and manage the purchasing process efficiently and effectively. It closely monitors the progress of each purchasing order and any related processes in order to ensure the goods and services meet the requirements.

Progress Monitoring

  • Progress of purchase order can be monitored by Purchase Order Report with filter of different status
  • Received Percentage Meter is attached in each PO which is auto-updated by Receiving Process
  • Paid percentage Meter is attached in each PO which is auto-updated by Money Out Process

Price Default

  • Last purchased price can be used as default price for PO entry

Effective Goods Receipt Process

  • Integrated with StockIn Process guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quantity of stock is auto-updated in receiving process
  • Vouchers are auto-generated
  • Vendor invoice can be auto-registered with new bill number added
  • Outstanding order can be monitored by ETA
  • Receiving history can be retrieved any time for analysis

Payment Control

  • Current and outstanding payment amount are provided for easy review
  • Payment record is provided for data tracing
